Manager, Business Development

Malaysian only- Source new land-bank and property investment opportunities through direct acquisition or joint venture.- Analyze future potential of new land and investment options prior to purchase or joint venture.- Prepare pre-development studies.- Prepare feasibility study reports, which includes financial modeling and market & economic survey.- Present to management the recommendations of proposed acquisitions.- Oversee the updating, collection, and compilation of data on current developments.- Coordinate and liaise closely with Marketing, Contracts, Project, and Legal Department in evolving new product concept.- Carry out any other additional assignment/duties as directed by the Management from time to time- Ability to travel to another site such as Bandar Baru Kedah, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and other site instructed by the Group- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Well versed in property investment & property valuation principles.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for networking.- Strong business acumen and task ownership- Based in Dang Wangi, KL*Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayExpected Start Date: 09/01/2023
