**Position Overview:- **As the Business Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and the ability to develop innovative loyalty strategies.You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to design, execute, and manage loyalty programs that drive customer engagement, increase brand affinity, and maximize customer lifetime value.**Job Responsibilities:- **- Define, develop and implement business planning processes.- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.- Determine and execute key business initiatives that will drive business operations.- Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.- Assist management in operations, resource management, budget, revenue accounting, etc.- Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives.- Assist in preparing a strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecasts.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.- Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.- Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.**Job Requirement:- **- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).- Minimum of 7 years experience above in business planning / strategy development loyalty/reward program management, customer retention, or a related role.- Strong knowledge of loyalty program best practices, industry trends, and customer engagement strategies.- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using analytics tools.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
