Job DescriptionPOSITION GENERAL SUMMARYTo responsible in all aspect of KLIA Free Commercial Zone (FCZ) according to the roles and functions of the Zone Authority as stipulated in Free Zone Act 1990 and Free Zone Regulation 1991. To responsible in all aspect of KLIA Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ) according to the roles and functions of the Zone AuthorityEssential Position FunctionsPrepare the management paper /reportPlan and forecast cost and expenditure for FCZ /DFTZ unit in line with company policyMonitoring on billing, collection and credit control of FCZ /DFTZ charges.Monitoring on Zone Declaration system and e-FCZ to ensure the service standard and performance are metMonitoring disposal and enforcement activities in FCZ /DFTZMonitoring safety and security in FCZ /DFTZMonitoring issuance of ZB license and the compliance of Free Zone proceduresEvaluate staff performance, coaching, and study human resource needs and manage human performanceEscalate any issue for higher management's directionsChairman for committee meeting such as: KLIA Cargo Facilitation Committee meeting KLIA Cargo Security Committee meeting FCZ /DFTZ Safety Committee meeting FCZ / DFTZSecurity Coordination meetingRepresents FCZ /DFTZ Unit in Board of Director's meeting, management meeting, governmental and ministerial meetings (MITI, MOF, MOT, DOS, DCA, etc) and third parties meeting related to FCZ /DFTZ operationsRepresenting SGM in meetings and other platforms on matters concerning FCZ /DFTZ operations or management when requiredOther managerial functions and task as directed by top management as and when requiredKey ChallengesTo act as a Free Zone Authority in administering Free Commercial Zone based on the Free Zone Act 1990, Free Zone Regulation 1991, Customs Act 1967 and other statutory requirementWorking and liaise with customers, stakeholders, and industry players in order to function as the zone authority in carrying its role to the highest service standard level.Skills Good exposure to the aviation/airline industry. Ability to forecast market scenarios in establishing product development initiatives. Highly organized and meticulous at work. Strong analytical skills with strategic orientation.G ood project management skills .Highly articulate with good interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in major languages.
