Together, we've only begun to define the edge of what's possible—for our people, our customers, and the world.The primary purpose of the Manager Channel Operations is to oversee and lead the team that is responsible for full operations, governance, and compliance of regional channel program tools and processes to support global design. This role provides ongoing management and oversight of tools and processes for regional sales teams, external partners, and distribution.Responsibilities:Lead development & implementation of operations for the partner & disty programs in the region based on global frameworkEnsures operational readiness for partner & disty programs that are launched in regionManages partner program compliance & governanceProvides Partner contract administration management, and training/certification administration including enablement of partner toolsAssist, as necessary, in the ongoing management of Partner master dataCollaborate and input region requirements in channel platform/systems designWorks across business to develop & implement PartnerConnect RebatesPrimary face to regional sales CHAM, external Distributors & partners for all aspects of tools & processes & adhoc reportingEnablement of all program process through tool(s), testing and enablement for internal and external stakeholders.Management and reporting of all Grey Market global initativesMagement of regional Cross Borders Exception processSupport of existing channel program with all operational aspectsProvide recommendations for any new program related to new systems/platformsReporting, management and delivery of ongoing program requirementsParticipation, as required, in Partner Advisory Council or Channel Advisory Councils.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in relatable field or applicable work experience.8+ years managing channel/business/or sales operation teams in international environment.InfluencerTeam workerMatrix management skillsResults drivenChange management skillsCRM/PRM knowledgeExcel/PowerPointStrong communications skillsChannel program and support tool development experienceProven strong analytical, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal skills)To protect candidates from falling victim to online fraudulent activity involving fake job postings and employment offers, please be aware our recruiters will always connect with you via email accounts.
