Acting as team lead and manage the team members, including supervising, monitoring and appraising performance. Training of new hires and provide leadership and guidance to team members. Prepare and review management accounts. Compilation of financial statement for offshore entities. Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures. Support, follow-up and escalation of identified issues. Ensure financial reporting tasks promptly and accurately. Assist and manage audit process. Coordinate and liaise with clients as required. Managing client relationships to ensure efficient delivery of services. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Possess professional MIA qualification (e.g. ACCA). At least 5 years of accounting experience. Good knowledge of accounting, IFRS and SFRS. Good command of English and Chinese (both oral and written). Have experience in leading teams. Client service oriented, with good communication and interpresonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
