Job DescriptionPOSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders through engagement and liaisons.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Coordinate and review operational requirements and design involving airport projects with Airport Standard's Planning & Development and DCA of Malaysia.
Ensure all operational requirements of Landside, Terminal, and Airside are captured prior to implementation.
Ensure stakeholder management plans are in line with the overall marketing and brand strategy of PIA.
Monitor progress, measure success, and adapt plans in response to results, feedback, and intelligence.
Develop and maintain MAHB's corporate image and identity, including the use of logos and signage.
Ensure consistently positive relations with numerous stakeholders.
SkillsConfident in delivering multi-channel meetings and forums; excellent communication skills.
Good writing skills necessary for supporting business and regulatory evaluations, reporting submissions to high-level authorities.
Able to challenge views and perspectives while securing buy-in.
Relevant IndustriesExternal
Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
EducationExternal
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration (BBA), Law (LLB), Economics, Public Administration or equivalent.
