Redstone Commodity Search are working with an Energy trading company looking to add an Origination Manager for Thermal Coal into their Jakarta based team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks Develop and execute sourcing strategies while expanding the supplier base and fostering relationships with miners. Provide accurate market intelligence, liaise with vessel agents, and contribute to trading strategy discussions. Oversee contract execution, ensure smooth shipments, and support operations as needed. Collaborate with trading desks, attend industry events, and undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed. Evolve as a vital team member, committed to professional growth and upholding company values. Key Qualifications / Experience 8-10+ years of coal trading experience. Proficient in product knowledge and dry bulk logistics. Demonstrated ability in strategic sourcing and relationship building. Strong grasp of contract and commercial terms. Proven business development skills.
