Manager (Commercial - Pcsb)

Job Description:  Advise and analyze the information related to any commercial solutions by understanding the definitive agreements and requirements from various stakeholders. Oversee the required analysis and insights from existing laws/contracts to assist superiors in preparation for the negotiation strategy. Drive the development of new scenarios and economic assumptions, analyze and making sense of the economic valuation results based on potential liabilities and optimization circumstances. Finalize closure and completion of pending items from line departments for the construction of full fledge definitive agreements for new and existing assets. Lead sub-team for the development and construction of full fledge downstream/ operational agreements based on agreed negotiated key principles. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Law or Business or any relevant discipline A professional qualification or advance degree or MBA would be an added advantage. Requirement: Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in oil & gas upstream business or related industries Exposure and/or experience in corporate and cross-businesses activities  Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
