CTOS Consumer Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support the decision making, topic analysis, and development of dashboards related to all aspects of the business.
This position will work closely with internal teams including Operations, Product, and Commercial.
We require strong skills in data analysis and dashboards based on Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
The manager will be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of all data sources and digesting the information to make decisions and set priorities across our current product ecosystem:
SecureID– Fraud Protection and Credit Monitoring.
MYCTOS Score Report– Credit Report & Score.
Credit Finder- A digital lead referral channel for banks/lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and arrange consumer data from different sources.
Find and alert changes in data.
Convert data into dashboards to facilitate business decisions.
Conduct data-driven methods to propel healthy, sustainable, efficient, and high-quality business development.
Look for improvement opportunities through data.
Assist the commercial team in enriching commercial arguments.
Support the business in creating strategies.
A candidate for this position must have 3 - 5 years of working experience in digital business.
COMPETENCIES:
Excellent data analysis and management skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required for creating visually and verbally engaging presentations for customers, departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills:
The candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, and service-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
They should work comfortably in a cross-functional setting and with senior business executives, taking accountability for business performance.
