Responsibilities:Establishing the company corporate communications strategy including internal and external channels that support business objectives.
Supporting the company to deliver effective internal and external communications activities that build engagement with the business strategy and culture.
Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to managing corporate communications requirements to support business opportunities, risks, and issues.
Plan, develop, and drive comprehensive Corporate Communication, Public Affairs, and Relations strategies to enhance the company's image and position within the corporate environment and general public.
Organizing and managing all company events – internal and external including CSR events.
Responsible for community engagement and mass communications in terms of all written company-related articles such as advertorials, write-ups, bulletins, and media materials prior to publication.
Ensure proper crisis communication guidelines/manual/plans are implemented and executed.
Establish good media relations and ensure a substantial level of publicity to meet corporate objectives.
Job Specification:Minimum Degree holder in relevant tertiary qualifications (Journalism, Public Relations, Communications).
At least 8 years' working experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent field.
Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in video editing will be an added advantage.
Energetic, approachable personality with creative thinking and innovative mindset.
An ability to think or work strategically and systematically, with impeccable judgement and discretion.
Able to work independently, mature in thinking, pro-active with strong leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in multilingual i.e.
English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in media relations management is essential.
Willing to travel to Southern Peninsular Malaysia.
