Responsibilities:Assist with the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic opportunities for business expansion, including partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, greenfield / brownfield developments, and alliances.
Conduct thorough market research, industry / competitor analysis, and due diligence to assess potential opportunities and risks.
Prepare business cases, presentations, memorandums, financial / valuation models, and presentations to support decision-making processes related to corporate development initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate and structure deals that align with TMC Life Sciences' strategic objectives and enhance its position in the market.
Work closely with the senior leadership from TMC Life Sciences and Thomson Medical Group to formulate and refine corporate strategies that support the organisation's mission, vision and values.
Conduct strategic assessments and analysis of industry trends, patient demographics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
Develop and manage execution of strategic plans, initiatives, and objectives to drive organizational performance, enhance patient experience, and ensure long-term sustainability.
Organise workshops amongst senior leaders and collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate the vision, goals, and progress of strategic initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements.
Special Projects:
Manage and execute special projects, which may include initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve clinical outcomes, or expand service offerings.
Establish project goals, timelines, and resource allocations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to Assistant Director, Corporate Finance and senior leadership from TMC Life Sciences and Thomson Medical Group, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for attention.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track and within budget.
