We simply believe 'Your Career Our Journey'.**_Purpose - _**We empower our people to make a positive difference in our organisation ~ for themselves.**_Recognition - _**We have a strong local presence under the network of a growing global BDO organisation and a credible brand.**Overview**We are looking for an experienced hire to join us as the Manager in our Technology Advisory practice, which provides services in cyber / cyber security assurance, governance, risk management, digital forensic, business continuity, disaster recovery, project management, IT audit and related advisory services.**Key Responsibilities**:- Deliver or manage the team to deliver exceptional deliverables in services to clients in the area of assurance, cyber security, cyber governance, technology consulting, risk, business continuity, disaster recovery, project management, IT audit and related advisory services.- Remain up to date with regulatory requirements and international standards e.g. BNM RMiT, SC TRM, ISO 27001, COBIT, CIS, etc.- Manage technology advisory, assessment and/or audit work for clients across various industry sectors.- Evaluate clients' adequacy of technology implementations and IT controls, and recommend improvements to mitigate identified risks.- Prepare assessment reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to clients.- Track and follow up on remediation of assessment or audit findings with clients.- Stay current on emerging technology risks and trends and make recommendations for improvements to the advisory, assessment and/or audit programme.- Support the development of Technology Advisory services offering in areas of assurance, cyber security, cyber governance, forensic and project management.- Ensure timely completion of engagement deliverables.**Education and professional skills / knowledge****Experience & Education**:- A recognised degree and a passion to have a career in technology.- Minimum 5 years of work experience.- Professionally qualifications preferred (e.g. CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CASP+ or other relevant qualifications)- Knowledge and experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing is an added advantage.- Proficient in cyber technologies including cyber security, emerging threats and counter measures.- Must be able to work with clients on-site or remotely.**Other skills**- Self-driven, highly motivated, versatile and charismatic personality.- Must be a team player.- Proficient in English language, both spoken and written.- Able to travel on need basis (local & overseas).
