What is the opportunity? CACEIS Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones. Malaysia is one of two operational processing hubs that supports Custody - Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements – income and corporate actions and Reconciliations. The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 22/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of our global operations, improve service quality via our 'centres of excellence' and to implement/leverage standard processes globally.
Specific to Data Service Delivery Team, this role will be associated to 3 main processes Global Security Master File, Data Management in MILVUS & Projects within this department.

Working hours: 3:00PM -12:00AM / 4:00PM – 1:00AM
What will you do? The Manager RIPA SME will act as a business expert to the DSD department and will be involved in ensuring a smooth transition to CACEIS with the highest level of accuracy is achieved in daily BAU and the adherence of process controls and internal policies & procedures. Continue to identify and address the gaps that arises during the transition and to ensure data quality is delivered. Operational Excellence
To ensure tracking, documenting, and reporting issues arising from transition with appropriate action plan for each logs. Monitor, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management. Participation in Transformation & Change
Participate in testing of system enhancements and changes and provide recommendations and constructive solutions for issue as that arise. Develop and support process improvement initiatives and process optimization to enhance quality and productivity. Communication & Leadership Excellence
Maintain efficient communication channels with BAU managers, Program and CACEIS SMEs including cross location aspects Design and deliver training solutions, to grow the Global Client Operations knowledge in various roles. Include guidelines to coordinate DSD transition and migrations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
