Manager Digital Growth and Engagement Asia (Location: Open Across Asia)Secotools is looking for a manager to lead theDigital Sales growth and efficiency in the Regionfor all customer segments.
Responsibilities:
Digital growth:Collaborate with the Regional Management team and marketing to develop comprehensive digital growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, considering technical feasibility and implementation requirements, including punch out, e-commerce, and API integrations.
Engagement:Develop customer engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions and relationships across digital platforms and channels and support our customer transition over to a digital business model, leveraging our technical tools and solutions for the best customer experiences.
Analyze:Identify, analyze, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our Digital Sales and e-commerce and service offer. Take necessary actions to drive financial success, using data-driven insights to guide our implementation strategies and assess effectiveness throughout different channels.
Technical implementation:Oversee and collaborate with SMS and Seco IT to ensure effective implementation and integration between customer and partner procurement systems and Seco online store, focusing on EDI, punch out, e-commerce, and API technologies.
Regional Management team:Be the Digital Sales voice into the Regional Management Sales team and communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on the financial performance and strategic impact of our Digital Sales performance. Bring regional requirements and ideas into Digital Sales for conceptualization and development of new digital solutions and services.
Services:Drive and develop sales volumes for our Inventory Management Service offer.
Become a true champion of change management, inspiring and supporting our customers in their digital buying transformation journey.
Oversee the financial aspects of the team, including purchasing, forecasting, budgeting review, and follow-up.
Be a solution-oriented team player that finds pragmatic approaches for complex challenges. Have the courage to take on ownership and accountability for the entire area of responsibility. Lead and develop people and competencies needed to drive growth of Digital Sales in the Region. Manage recruitment and ensure development plans are in place together with regular performance follow-ups. Work actively with feedback on performance and safeguard Sandvik leadership core values.
The main objective with this role is to drive Digital Sales growth and efficiency in the Region for all customer segments.
Qualifications:
University degree in Information Systems or Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and implementing e-commerce strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data and metrics and make informed decisions. Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and proficiency in data analysis, with experience in technical data integration preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional/global teams, including technical teams and senior management. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for customer and problem-solving, particularly in the context of digital technology and e-commerce.
Experiences:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Sales (B2B), with a focus on growth and engagement strategies, as well as technical implementation, including punch out, e-commerce, and API integrations.
Project management experience to oversee the development and implementation of e-commerce initiatives will be preferred.
Experience in leading teams or working with cross-functional teams will be an added advantage.
