-Act as the owner of digital business platform (AEON Web, Mobile App, Wallet and any digital business platforms) to create and maintain the digital business platform through collaboration/coordination with respective stakeholders.
-To measure and monitor on the digital business platform performance and liaise with respective business units for the digital platform improvement and growth.
-Refinement of policies and procedures, system enhancements, rules and regulations to support overall strategic direction
-Responsible to innovate and develop new improve features in functional system requirement.
-To lead the digital channel process/operation improvement that provides expertise and serve as an internal consultant to Business Units specialising in improving customers experiences.
-Provide support to external and internal stakeholders in regards to functional system.

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, and Arts, Social Science or other related creative discipline required.
-Min 5 years of experience in Digital Planning or equivalent.
-Adapt at building and leading strong, happy and productive team environments, internally and externally, across varied stakeholder teams.
-Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.
-An outstanding creative sense, with exceptional attention to detail.
