Manager, Environmental

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Environmental Manager to join a growing team for a market-leading rubber products manufacturer!
Reporting to: Senior Manager
Location: Perak

The RoleDevelop and implement strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainable practices.
Conduct environmental assessments and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders for permitting, reporting, and compliance matters.
Track environmental performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Provide guidance and training to employees on environmental issues and promote awareness.
Lead environmental projects such as waste reduction, energy conservation, pollution prevention, and water management.
The ExperienceBachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in EHS roles, with 3 years in a managerial role.
Possesses at least one of the certifications related to Environmental management such as CePSWAM, CePIETSO, CePSO, or similar credentials.
