The Role
As an F&B Cost Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our food court operations. Your expertise will ensure that our culinary delights are not only tantalizing but also cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities Calculate costs of food and beverage items. Control F&B outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties. Update and maintain receipts into our inventory system. Ensure that costs are within budget and participate in menu pricing strategies. Conduct spot checks and participate in stock taking at our outlets. Coordinate with Cafe/Restaurant management and finance to resolve F&B issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar major. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in database administration and inventory software. Strong planning, organizing, and reporting skills. Excellent attention to detail and a team player. What We Offer
