Manager, Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&B Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within our chain of food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, accounting, and analysis within the hospitality or restaurant industry. You will play a crucial role in driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and enhancing financial performance across multiple locations.
Responsibilities and Duties Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for multiple outlets. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.Monitor and control costs across all chain outlets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Conduct regular audits of inventory and procurement processes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with local regulations and company policies. Liaise with external auditors and ensure adherence to financial compliance requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on chain outlets.Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
