Role & Responsibility Description :
a) Lead the Treasury related IT project/initiatives and its implementation
b) Managing all the application system/services used by Treasury and Investment Department and ensuring the system reliable and run as per Treasury/Bank requirements.
c) The job holder also responsible to ensure that the Treasury Management system operates appropriately and efficiently in supporting daily Treasury functions and facilitate enhancements and/or updates to the system required by the Treasury and Investment Department.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
Lead the team in managing the day-to-day activities and any system issues, related to Treasury on daily basis and other related matters related to the Treasury System and application. Intermediaries between Treasury dealers and IT Department/vendor for any related issues. Liaise and collaborates with IT department to elaborate on the requirements and provide advise, solution and strategy during or prior its implementation. Analyse main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions. Perform modifications or enhancements to meet business user needs/requirements (i.e: Automation of reporting). Developing and updating user guides, when applicable, to ensure that the Treasury teams have access to up-to-date instructions on how to perform their required tasks in Treasury Management System (E.g.: Quantum). Perform testing and verification in a development and UAT environment, to ensure the solution deployed meet the criteria and objective of the Treasury business requirements. Support Treasury system upgrades/enhancements implementation if required by Treasury Department. Manage the setup and ensure the treasury instruments are correctly setup in the Treasury Management System. Provide functional, technical support and advise to Treasury's operation with regards to Treasury's system and its related application. Identifying the business user's requirements prior any implementation in the Treasury System. Train business users on new system and any Treasury related systems. Ensuring Treasury System and application services are available and reliable and take necessary action if any related issues occurred during the daily operations. Involved in the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercise for Treasury Management System and related applications used by Treasury and Investment Department. Being a subject matter expert in the functionality of the Treasury Management System (E.g: Quantum) by developing a deep understanding of how the system works. Ensure that any Treasury Management System production issues are resolved on time. Staff to comply & report on Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA), frauds, and defalcations (including attempted frauds), breaches of Employee Code of Conduct, robberies & burglaries. Experience(S) A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in related industries.
Essential Skills and Qualities Proficiency and experience with Treasury Management System and other application/system used by Treasury Department such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, ROMS, SWIFT and etc. Stay current and knowledgeable on all Treasury Solutions products and services. Proven understanding of the technical aspects of Treasury products/instruments. I.e. stock creation, transaction flows, and etc. Previous experience supporting and testing Treasury products/instruments, services and systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
