What You Bring:
Degree in HR, Business Administration , or related field with 8-12 years of HRBP experience, preferably in large manufacturing or multinational companies.
Strongcommunication skills in English and Malay(Japanese or other languages a plus!).
Agrowth mindsetand passion for continuous learning through certifications, conferences, or reading.
Experience in talent management, organizational development, and stakeholder management , with the ability to align strategies across global and local levels.
