Job Description Be a trusted advisory to the leadership and work on all critical people aspects covering the employee life cycle including hiring, performance management, L&D initiatives,pensation and offboarding. Work closely with the business and HR leadership to develop and execute the people strategy around manpower planning, people budget,pensation and benefits, succession planning, people development, and performance management to achieve business goals. Play a key role in ensuring coherent implementation of people plans and processes across the territory and ensuring they align with global direction. Play a key role on development initiatives for employees - work with the L&D CoE around critical initiatives, assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Work closely with the Ops and payroll team to help employee queries/issues Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensurepliance Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed. Consult with employees and management on employee relations issues providing guidance and assistance with policy interpretation, open and directmunication, conflict resolution, performance management, and conduct-related issues. Manages and resolvesplex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatorypliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Qualifications Master's degree in human resources, Psychology or relevant degree working in human resources, minimum 12 to 13 years of experience. Big4 experience and exposure to a global environment will be a plus. Strong facilitation andmunication skills - should be proficient in English language. In depth knowledge of local laws and regulations - should have some experience working in SEA Extensive knowledge of HR process, procedures and policies Solid experience in the Services industry working across the employee life cycle on all relevant areas vis hiring, performance management,pensation, L&D and offboarding. Exposure to progressive/best in class HR practices Prior experience working and applying HR principles in a system environment in developing, maintaining and improving processes to achieve greater efficiencies and performance. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret andmunicate data. Strong excel skills - should have exposure working onpensation related data for employees. Excellent customer service skills including understanding users' needs, offering solutions and following up to ensure end user success. Initiative and drive to continuously improve processes and systems. Solid project management skills including attention to detail, highly organized. Strong problem-solving skills Proven ability to work effectively in teams and with individuals at all levels within an organization; understanding of cultural contexts and international work experience preferred. Experience managing several tasks and priorities and exercise independent working; a self-starter. Additional information
