About the roleAs the Manager at Yellow Bamboo Enterprise, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operations and development of our community services initiatives in Kelantan.
This is a full-time position that will see you leading a team of dedicated professionals to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact on the local community.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the delivery and reach of our community services
Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our community initiatives
Overseeing the allocation of resources and budgets to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our community programmes to identify areas for improvement
Providing strong leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Representing the organisation at various events and forums to promote our community work
What we're looking for
Significant experience (8+ years) in a management role within the community services or development sector
In-depth understanding of community development principles, stakeholder engagement, and programme management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions
Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve objectives
Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the community services industry
