Overview
Governance and accountable to maximize asset utilization and minimize resource & energy wastages by utilizing Industrial Engineering practices and methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop the standard calculation for new material and equipment requirement, machine parameter setting criteria, time study method and layout planning methodology through digitalization.
Design and develop the key performance index and control system to accelerate productivity and cost improvement initiatives in cooperation with management and user personnel.
Governance on the OEE methodology and set goals for each item (Availability, Utilization, Speed Efficiency and Quality) to meet worldwide standard.
Design and develop cost models for new packages, new equipment, new processes and highlight cost improvement opportunities thru close collaboration with Finance.
Governance the layout setting criteria with HSE and facility department requirement.
Manufacturing technologies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Lean Manufacturing methodology.
Analysing and interpreting data on production process and workflow to drive continuous improvement.
Developing and tracking continuous improvement projects to drive operational efficiency (scope, goals, budgets, plans and schedules).
Governance and proliferate the IE training material, practices, and methodology from operation to non-operation.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
At least 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering of manufacturing industry.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing/ Continuous Improvement methodologies and executions.
Experience in leading and managing a diverse team preferably in a medium to large-scale manufacturing organization for a minimum of 6 years.
Understand concept of MTM, MODAPTS and MOST.
