Responsibilities:Lead content and curriculum development to align with industry standards, best practices, and client needs.
Revise and enhance content to reflect latest trends and demands.
Innovate and explore new content opportunities for IBFIM.
Content Moderation:
Oversee preparation for content moderation sessions, ensuring materials meet syllabus standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce timely moderation reports.
Drive strategy and data analytics for the IDA unit to support management's decision-making and action plans.
Assist senior leadership with special projects and develop training resources as needed.
Research:
Conduct research and consult with collaborators to inform content updates and curriculum development.
General:
Foster positive relationships and support team ideation for quality deliverables.
Requirements:Must possess at least a bachelor degree favourably in Islamic Finance and Banking, or related disciplines from a university recognised by the government of Malaysia;
Minimum five (5) years of industry experience, among others in a senior role concerning product development or in a content creation capacity;
Membership or other equivalent professional qualification is favourable;
Resourceful and independent individual with excellent communication and writing skills (Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must, Arabic is an added advantage).
