Job DescriptionFunctional DutiesAssist in establishing the Annual Audit Plan Responsible in establishing the Audit Work Program and ensure that audit is conducted as per the Audit Work Program across all the AOCs;To do audit preparation before the commencement of the Audit, prepare Audit Notification, Audit Planning Memorandum, document request list, etc.;To lead the Audit Team and ensure the Audit is meeting the objectives and completion of the assignment within the allocated resources;To compile and ensure the accuracy of fact and completeness of the Audit Report and Audit working paper;Assist the Corporate/Station/IT Audit Manager in all matters of internal audit, including planning the scope and procedures for audit engagements;To execute any cross function assignment within GIA department; andTo carry out any tasks and works assigned by Audit Head when neededRoles DutiesPerform preliminary review, including the internal control evaluationPerform Audit assignment in accordance to the professional standards, within the scope and resource allocation limits of the Audit assignmentWrite the draft observationEnsure completeness of Audit working paperPerform ad-hoc audits on area of concerns as and when requiredFollow working procedures and ensure SOPs complianceQualifications and RequirementsBachelor Degree in finance, accounting or risk managementAt least 5 years of experience in corporate internal auditingCPA or CIA holder is preferredGood command of English, both oral and written Maintain high confidentiality and tactfulBe able to carry out the work independently, objectively and professionally with utmost good faithDependable and able to work under pressureGood organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to make sound judgment and decision We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
