Manager, International Marketing

**Responsibilities**:- To lead in managing AROs to achieve marketing KRA and KPI.- Plan and coordinate marketing event and promotion activities with business associate, NGOs, ARO and any potential business partner by market segment. Utilize all the resource to maximize the marketing outcome.- Liaise with media partner for wider market outreach including to prepare media content.- Collaborate with Mahkota Medical Centre for joint event.- Coordinate with referral channel or walk-in patient for inquiry, appointment (new and follow-up) and payment.- Facilitate patient transfer need e.g ambulance, transport, airfare, accommodation, interpreter (if needed) etc. To assist patient movement at each department for treatment. Managing patient expectation.- Lead and coordinate any hospital familiarization for guest and visitor.- To guide executive, marketing in handling international patient affair.**Job Requirements**:- Degree in Marketing or in any other related field.- Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing.- Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia or/ Mandarin.
