Prepare and present the company's financial performance, strategies, and business outlook to potential and existing investors. Support the preparation of financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations to ensure clear communication of the company's financial status and strategic goals. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and inform communications with the investment community. Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communication teams to align messaging and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Gather investor feedback and insights to improve investor relations strategies and address stakeholder concerns. Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and events to facilitate engagement with shareholders and the broader investment community. Stay updated on industry developments and trends that could impact the company's investor relations efforts. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to financial data and market trends. Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and building strong investor relationships. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in investor relations. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects effectively. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
