Team and Role Introduction:
Corporate IT Manager role is critical in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the IT department to ensure the efficient functioning of technology systems and infrastructure within the organization. You will be leading a team of dedicated IT professionals who are responsible for managing various aspects of the company's IT operations.
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with local teams to ensure the smooth running of the day to day IT operations for all facilities (LEL, LEX and LAZ).
• Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, experience of supporting C Level Executives
.• Manage high level support of overall IT endpoints and communications hardware for the entire MY entities.
• Lead and manage teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment remotely
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and reviewing their performance.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Working closely with local Business Units to ensure the smooth running of the day to day IT operations for all offices.
• Hands-on management on the whole IT services, projects, key deliverables, builds and transfers. Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
• Diploma in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, Business (Other) or equivalent
.• Passion for the development of clearly-defined and optimized operational environments.
• Experience establishing, implementing and running the day-to-day operations
.• Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience with IT budgeting, Asset Management, IT Service Management, vendor Management, Stakeholder and Business Management.
• Professional experience in leading, implementing and supporting on variety of applications, system(Windows/MacOS) and networking technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management concepts and experience managing ITIL processes.• Minimum 8 years' of relevant experience in IT operating role.
