Manager, Key Account & Product Development

Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in managing our key client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that our solutions exceed their expectations. Simultaneously, you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:



-Key Account Management:



-Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.


-Understand client objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored solutions.


-Strategically grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


-Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to enhance client satisfaction.



-Project Management:



-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.


-Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required.


-Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.


-Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.


-Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and issues.


-Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, risks, and challenges.



-Leadership and Collaboration:



-Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.


-Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.


-Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align project activities with company goals.


-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and methodologies.

; Requirements:- Requirements:



-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


-Proven experience in key account management, project management, or a similar role within the (industry).


-Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).


-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.


-Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.


-Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
