Responsibilities
• Delivering legal solutions to operational challenges• Identifying and briefing General Counsel on legal exposures• Supporting local management in implementing Compliance program• Ensuring unit governance structures and procedures for compliance• Providing legal support and advice for finance and insurance business• Driving a legal risk management program• Communicating and liaising with external parties• Handling Corporate Secretary duties• Providing Compliance and Integrity consultation and training• Monitoring and reporting on compliance activities
Requirements
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Risk Management/Law or similar• 5 years' experience• Knowledge of international and local laws and regulations• Professional qualifications in responsible leadership or compliance• Specialized legal skills with a focus on commercial outcomes• Exemplary leadership qualities and communication skills• Ability to work both independently and in a team• Strategic and analytical thinking• Ability to work under pressure• Presentation skills for conducting training
