Responsibilities
Ability to lead and drive team to deliver following :Drive global process alignment and standardization, with adoption of network Best Known Method ( BKMs)
Handle change of implementation of newprocess/equipment/materialwhich includes process specification, training material, and SOP.
Ensuring, monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness.
Define and drive global metrics to align on standardization efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in any Manufacturing Environment and 3 years of experience in leadership role.
Knowledge in Semi-conductor industry, with preference to PCBA- manufacturing
Knowledge of FMEA, QCP, lean manufacturing is advantageous.
Able to manage a team and work independently with less job supervision.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams and collaborators..
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams
