-Support the organization's annual operating plan through the review of formulated strategies and key action plans as well as monitoring of Division KPI, budget, sales forecast and planning process.
-Identify the effectiveness and impact of current initiatives and incorporate learning from benchmarking into future plans through operative tracking and analysis of key achievable goals.
-Update management on business direction, performance and initiatives on a monthly basis through the routine publishing of board papers and other management reports/ presentation materials
-Coordinate activities between departments to ensure that key projects are completed on schedule.

-Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing.
-Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in a marketing capacity, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
-Adept and possesses high proficiency in Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
-Robust analytical and customer insight skills, including confidence with both digital tools and traditional touch points across all channels and platforms
-Skilful in marketing research and statistical analysis with ability to interpret and translate online and offline customer behaviours into strategic activities
-Able to work independently without much supervision, resourceful, innovative and is a team player.
