The Role:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Account Department.
This critical role encompasses overseeing administrative functions, human resources, accounting, and financial management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Account, Admin, HR, and Purchasing functions.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Manage cash flow effectively, including timing of invoicing, collection payments, and procurement to ensure liquidity.
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
Negotiate with suppliers on prices and payment terms, manage vendor relationships, and improve cost efficiencies.
Coordinate logistics and warehouse management, ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across admin, HR, and financial processes.
Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department to ensure alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with other departments to support business development and operational needs.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing admin, HR, accounting, and finance functions.
Proven track record in financial management, including cash flow management and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and standards.
Experience with financial instruments, such as letters of credit, banker's acceptance, overdraft, and invoice financing.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Resourceful and hands-on.
Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
