Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Business Support cum Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our business support and logistics operations with a strong focus on inventory and stock management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems, develop solutions, and enhance processes to streamline our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team responsible for inventory and warehouse management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock handling. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize inventory control and stock management. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and optimize consignment stock allocation, ensuring appropriate levels of inventory to meet operational needs. Coordinate purchasing activities, including vendor management, negotiations, and procurement processes. Oversee E-Perolehan (EP) coordination, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and policies. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and procurement activities. Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, performance metrics, and supply chain operations. Lead problem-solving efforts related to inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and supply chain disruptions. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members' development and growth. Manage office and facilities operations, including maintenance, security, and logistics support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of team management experience. Understanding of distribution and logistics principles. Interest in innovative technologies, with a focus on automation software. Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in project management and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
