Manager, Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and sustain an operational excellence framework to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for process improvements and integrating Lean and Six Sigma methodologies into everyday operations.
Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
Facilitate training and workshops on Lean principles, tools, and techniques to enhance employee engagement in improvement initiatives.
Monitor project progress, measure outcomes, and report results to senior management, making recommendations for strategic improvements.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure alignment of operational excellence objectives with overall business goals.
Develop performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovative practices, and emerging technologies that could benefit operational performance.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives that drive measurable results.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
