Work with business and project team to develop and implement the Bank's Corporate Internet Banking products and services and website presence.
Process applications related to Cash Management and Online Banking products and services.
Provide post-sales customer service and resolve clients' inquiries related to the Cash Management and Online Banking products and services.
Work with business unit to identify customer needs and sales opportunities for other services to expand banking relationships.
Prepare and submit regulatory and management reports related to Online Banking products.
Check and authorise transactions within the authorisation limit and ensure all transactions are approved in accordance with the Bank's signing approving matrix.
Ensure all internal and external guidelines, policies and operational procedures are observed when carrying out assigned duties to minimize associated risk.
Abide by the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001, be vigilant on any unusual transaction and to report suspicious transactions in accordance with the reporting procedures as set out in the Bank's policy/guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of related experience preferably in Banking Industry.
Proficient in Cash Management, Online Banking products, and services. Possess at least basic knowledge of all bank products and services.
High level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the Bank and to represent the Bank positively to current and potential clients.
