Job Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of the People & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies, policies, and programs.
Oversee the execution of ESG training initiatives, stakeholder engagement programs, and sustainability reporting.
Conduct materiality assessments and develop action plans based on findings to drive ESG initiatives.
Manage the organization's ESG ratings, disclosures, and compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making.
Organize and deliver training programs for employees on ESG principles and practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to ESG.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on ESG matters.
Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization by engaging employees in ESG initiatives.
Requirements Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR, ESG-related roles, or sustainability program management.
Proven track record in developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives.
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, ESG standards, and reporting guidelines.
Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Demonstrated passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating positive environmental and social impacts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex issues.
