If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Prepare loan documentations, stamping of documents and safe keeping of documents.Checking of loan documentations before forward to the authorized signatories to sign the Letter Of Offer Attend/ review following operational matters:-Contract processing and balancing,Contract settlement and balancing,Drawdowns,Monitoring of daily corporate announcement,Deposit and Withdrawal of Securities,Revision of Trading limits,New application maintenance in system,Attending margin calls,Annual review – signing/issuance of letters and update system,Perform/ checking daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation,Account management - CDS and Trading account Attend queries from customers, remisiers, HLBB branches related to share margin matters and brokersFollow up with brokers on monthly handling fees paymentPerform calculation for force selling of sharesMaintain proper records and audit trails for all related matters, source documents, and manual and maintain confidentiality of all information relating to BankReview SMF policies, standard operating procedures and Manuals.Perform and handling compliance related matters ie. Business continuity plan (BCP), Disaster recovery plan (DRP), SAC, RCSA and etcReview, improve & simplify existing process and procedures through digitization.Any other functions assigned by HOD/ Management from time to time.Education/QualificationTertiary Education in Business Administration, Banking or FinanceExperience & Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in Share Margin/ Branch Banking/ Stock broking Operations/ Customer Service in financial industryKnowledge on Share Margin FinancingIntermediate knowledge on share market dynamicsFluent in MS Word, Excel and PowerpointStrong writing and presentation skills
