CACEIS Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones. Malaysia is one of two operational processing hubs that supports Custody - Transaction Management; Settlements; NAV Production; Fund Reporting; Shareholder Services; Global Fund Platform Services; Data Service Delivery; Entitlements – income and corporate actions and Reconciliations. The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. What will you do Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the team, ensuring that all services are rendered in an accurate and timely manner. Accountable for the cross-location collaboration (other GSP Centers) to ensure contingency support as well as consistency in procedures and delivery. Accountable for the quality of the services delivered & for the management of a team or an activity - first level of escalation. Accountable for procedures' validation and implementation Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members Identify and share development and training needs, design training plan for the year. Accountable for the appraisal process (set clear annual business objectives and review them mid-year), absence tracking. Responsible for identifying areas where efficiencies and accuracy improvements can be made and implement a plan of action. Geographical area Asia, Malaysia
City Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Level of minimal experience 6-10 years
Experience Sound technical and financial knowledge on reference data. Knowledge of different investment instrument types Experience in operation environment Proficient in MS Office Knowledge in Excel VBA will be an added advantage. Knowledge in data vendors i.e. Bloomberg / Telekurs / FTID / Reuters will be an added advantage. Required skills Able to work under pressure. Able to work additional hours when business require. Able to work independently as well as with others. Able to lead in difficult situations, solve problems and communicate in an effective manner. Relevant interpersonal and networking skills with a demonstrated ability to work.
