Job Description: Provide technical advice and propose solution to Management in relation to process risks in all aspects of plant operation to the employees and the community to facilitate effective Management/ business decision making and thus reduce Price of Non-Conformance (PONC). Establish and review the overall Management of Change System & Procedures to ensure all changes are properly assessed and documented, thus preventing any occurrence of incidents related to process safety failure. Manage process risks through development and implementation of risk assessment process and procedures based on approved framework and develop adequate number of competent persons in the plant to lead Process Hazard Analysis using the appropriate risk assessment technique. Plan and strategize the implementation of assurance audits in all Process Safety System aspects are carried out in a timely manner, track its gap closure and evaluate the effectiveness of each aspect to continually improve the level of Process Safety. Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the Government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers & enforce the implementation of applicable procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA). Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering. Master's degree in Process Safety will be an advantage. Requirement: Minimum 10 years of working experience in petrochemical industry. Sound knowledge and experience in process safety management. Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
