Lead the product marketing team, manage product lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace, includes Product Launch Planning, Product Training, Programs, Forecasting etc. Develop and implement of effective product marketing strategies (including Digital Marketing Strategies) to achieve revenue and profit goals. Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape. Manage the Product Roadmap Coordinate with other departments on Product Marketing activities. Communicate with management and regional HQ. about assigned product portfolio development and performance against business plans/goals Provide strategic support, working with sales, pre-sales, and other relevant stakeholders. Any other tasks, projects assigned from time to time. Requirement / Qualification Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of Product Management & Marketing experience and knowledge of the IT industry Independent and able to perform in a fast- paced environment. A team player, customer centric, enthusiastic, and determined to succeed in a challenging environment. Strong project and time management skills. Action oriented, self-motivated, innovative, and good analytical thinking skills. Good communication, good interpersonal skills, and able to engage cross-functional teams in meeting customers' requirements.
