Manager, Project Planning & Development

Job Description Key responsibilities Formulate, implement and review all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system Coordinate and follow up with authorities and consultants with regards to design, engineering, construction, approval and operations matters.
Prepare project budget and cash flow projection to determine the feasibility of a project.
Work closely with sales & marketing department to come up with development concepts and suitable products for launch Study and comment on the plans in regard of technical aspect, innovative elements and project budget.
Guide and motivate the project team to achieve corporate goals and ensure successful completion of projects.
Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture/C&S/Building or equivalent Well versed in regulatory requirements & interaction/liaison with government authorities At least 6 years of experience in property development with exposure in high rise construction projects/township developments/ mixed developments.
Familiar with GBI quality requirements is an added advantage.
