Manager, Regional Health System Operations Manager, Regional Health System Operations You will work with SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS) leadership team to deliver SingHealth's population health mandate. You will be responsible for strategic planning and driving the development of new population health and capitation initiatives undertaken by the cluster.
You will serve as the project manager to engage internal SingHealth stakeholders; clinical and non-clinical ones, as well as external stakeholders, such as regulators, policy-makers, community, health and social care providers, as necessary to inform the design, development and incubation of population health initiatives. You will maintain a strong network with key community health, social and Voluntary Welfare Organisation partners and provide advice to support projects implementation that require up-skilling of community/primary care partners.
You will implement evaluation frameworks to assess the reach, efficacy and effectiveness of population health care models for the different population segments. You will monitor and track performance indicators as well as identify improvements or new initiatives based on data analyses and predictive modelling tools.
You will work with relevant care teams to develop and implement workflows, assist to implement care triaging solutions to match residents and patients with relevant intervention programmes/services based on their health risks and stages in life. You will help to identify and tap on technological platforms and employ data-driven approaches to enable right-siting and proactive care navigation efforts to provide timely, quality and affordable care options to different population segments. You will generate statistical reports for submission and manage the annual work plan exercise. You will help to organise and provide secretarial support for meetings undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. You will supervise Senior/Executives in performing secretariat functions, which includes facilitating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare Ability to write well and strong analytical skills with understanding of financials would be added advantage Excellent project management skills Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to get buy-in from stakeholders SingHealth is the largest public healthcare cluster in Singapore.
