Position OverviewTo be part of the Retail Marketing unit in driving the over-arching marketing communications for AmBank Retail Banking division. The role will support to elevate our positioning in the eyes of our customers with clear alignment to drive business and market growth.

To support the Retail Banking line of business in leading highly effective multi-channel marketing communications across various digital media mix as well as across the banking retail physical & online touchpoints.
To co-assist together with PO in the creative brief, media strategy and selection, campaign budget, allocation, audience targeting, ad formats & optimizations.
To champion marketing improvement and innovation by developing and enforcing forward planning processes, cadences that will help streamline the execution of campaigns, marketing processes with laser focus on business results.
Co-ownership of marketing campaign targets and deliverables that are in line with respective Line of Business (LOB) within the Retail Banking division with a mindset of driving impactful strategies based on data and sound analysis.
To work closely with the wider internal marketing team such as Media relations, Group Communications, procurement, digital marketing, and agency partners to drive campaign optimization and efficiency.
To manage the overall Retail Marketing calendar of activities in accordance with market situation, budget to stimulate Retail Banking positioning, acquisition, and brand affinity for new and existing customers.
Management of marketing collaterals from development to production as per internal and banking guidelines for customers and the retail sales team.
Job Requirements:What you need to have:More than5 years' experiencein marketing related roles with a focus on marketing/customer growth, consumer brand marketing or advertising agency. Background in financial services, consumer internet or FMCG is preferred.
Strong understanding and experience with driving marketing communication from a customer segment perspective.
Enjoys storytelling to entice and motivate consumers via data and analysis.
Skillful with end-to-end marketing campaign management and willingness to learn and relearn.
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who works well in a highly competitive environment with a bias for action.
Ability to manage various stakeholders with a collaborative mindset.
