Job Description:
Key responsibilities in relation to guaranteed compensation (salary, fixed allowances), variable compensation (performance bonus), benefits and perquisites, recognition programs, long term incentive programme (if applicable) and International Mobility (expatriates / assignees) include:
Advise, plan and lead in benchmarking studies and research to determine latest thinking and external competitiveness with general market and comparator companies.
Initiate, plan and lead in review of policies, guidelines and processes to ensure competitiveness and compliance (if relevant).
Lead in designing of new initiatives and programs where strategic and feasible.
Initiate involvement and testing of draft reviews/design with relevant Business Heads and HR to ensure review/new initiative meets Divisions' business and HR objectives/needs.
Advise, plan and lead in deployment of review/initiative.
Lead in ongoing communication, obtaining of feedback, maintaining and continuously improving on policies, guidelines and processes.
Establish and maintain relationships with representatives from leading companies and industry experts.
Responsible for coaching/mentoring own & other HR team members.
Responsible for optimizing budget allocated.
The Job
Undergraduate or Post-graduate Degree in Human Resource, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance or equivalent.
Professional Experience
At least 6 years experience in a human resource/management role (including at least 4 years in a compensation and benefits specialist role).
