Roles:-Sales Strategy: To develop, oversee and implement comprehensive sales strategies across entire sales pillar, encompassing multiple segments and channels.-Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.-Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.-Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through various sales and marketing initiatives.-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.-Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.-Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives.-Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.-Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build a strong professional network.-Business Growth: Work together with project head(s) and management to deliver business objectives [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-c-i-s-network-sdn-bhd-job-manager-sales-business-development]
  Job Requirements:-?Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent.-?At least 2-3 year experience in a similar role.-Strong understanding of business development and sales principles.-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.-Ability to work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines.-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.-?Innovation mentality and resourcefulness.-?Strong communication skills, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Knowledge in Mandarin or Cantonese language will be added advantage).-Available to work on weekends and public holidays during Exhibition days.
