The Manager of Sales & Marketing (H&B) is responsible for the beauty brand & household brand of LGHNH.  Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, overseeing sales activities, and developing strategies to drive growth within the modern trade sector. 
Job Descriptions a) Key Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients/customers in the modern trade sector. Understand clients' business objectives and align company offerings to meet their requirements effectively.b) Sales Strategy Development Devise and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the modern trade segment.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for business expansion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions/products tailored to key account needs.c) Marketing Strategy Alignment Ensure that marketing strategies align with the sales objectives for key accounts. Coordinate with the marketing team to tailor marketing campaigns that resonate with the specific needs and preferences of key clients.Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements. Develop customized proposals, services, or products that meet their needs, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this information to anticipate changes in the market and provide proactive solutions to key accounts.d) Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the modern trade segment.Conduct market research to identify potential clients, assess their needs, and develop strategies to secure new accounts.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitability and sustainable partnerships.e) Forecasting and Reporting Develop sales forecasts and track performance metrics for key accounts.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and account status for management review. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5 year(s) experience in Beauty FMCG industry is a MUST.  Proven experience in key account management, or relevant roles within the modern trade sector.Good command of English in both spoken and written will be an added advantage.With an approachable, good negotiator, resourceful, innovative and an outgoing personality.Possess the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and to perform multi-task functions.Possess own transport and willing to travel.
