About the Role- Drive Sales in the cluster / country related to all Key Account Management through the assigned channels.
Responsibilities
Drive Sales in the cluster / country related to all Key Account Management through the assigned channels
Derive the strategic approach for Commercial activities in the assigned cluster / country from the regional Commercial strategy
Ensure sustainable growth in terms of volumes, revenues and GP in the respective cluster / country
Create and execute Commercial Key Account Management plan for the cluster / country in line with regional sales plan
Align with organizational units responsible for products and their defined strategies and objectives (all modes: Air, CL / SCM, Land and Ocean)
Manage all budgets under Commercial for the assigned cluster / country
Qualifications
Degree holder or equivalent industry specific qualification
At least 5-6 years of relevant commercial experience in international logistics industry
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial management experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good listening and moderation skills
