Job Responsibilities:Arrange technical resources to support process qualification activities.
Supervise a team of engineers & technicians to provide reliability support for technology qualification & reliability monitor.
Liaise with out-source vendors for reliability test capacity planning & load scheduling.
Evaluate equipment & make recommendations for purchase.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and drive cross-functional team for improvement in process reliability.
Setup & monitor standard & special reliability assurance/testing methods to ensure fab process is not drifting, thereby decreasing device reliability.
Continue to assess various reliability indices & as when required introduce additional reliability tests and alert process integration or manufacturing with positive corrective action.
Execute reliability plan for process qualification and product reliability maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:Education required:
Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science discipline or related fields.
Years of experience:
Preferably with minimum 5 years of experience in wafer fabrication and reliability assessment (SIP and MEMS).
Skills / Abilities:Leadership, organizational & analytical skills.
Strong background in Statistical Analysis.
Sound knowledge of Device Physics and advanced semiconductor fabrication process and device integration.
Understanding of semiconductor reliability testing.
Ability to supervise engineers and technicians.
