As the Manager/Senior Manager, Internal Auditor for Knauf group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our operations, business processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities Plan & perform risk-based assessments, understand and evaluate the business environment, related controls and processes.
Review and assess compliance with policies & procedures, laws and regulations.
Assist internal audit engagements which includes planning for team development; coordinate meetings; resolve conflicts; and ensure the timely completion of audits.
Perform ad hoc engagements assigned.
Perform audit, provide recommendations to improve internal controls and remediate risks.
Assist in the preparation of draft/ final report and participate in the presentation of audit findings.
Follow-up: monitoring progress of business units (BU) internal control improvement plans and leveraging on best practice identified across the organisation.
Monitoring BU management's close-out of remediation plan and progress reporting.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Information Technology or related field Professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA, etc.

Minimum 5 years - 7 years of audit experience (Internal/ External).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
A team-player who can also work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese language.
Willing to travel internationally.
A solution-oriented manner, excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical -thinking.
Knowledge in SAP ERP system and experience with data analytics will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on IT General Controls and Application Controls, IT Infrastructure and program will be an added advantage.
